Foreign citizens are usually tax liable in Norway and have to submit a Norwegian tax return. Your employer reports your salary and paid tax which will be pre-filled on your tax return. But there are some things you must fill out yourself, such as information about your bank accounts, pension, property and income in other countries. You are obliged to declare everything on your Norwegian tax return, even if you have reported them to the tax office in the other country.
